Abstract: Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore are three very significant markets for alcoholic beverages in South-East Asia. Comparative macroeconomic performance indicates that Singapore has a clear lead over the other two economies in terms of real GDP growth and GDP per capita despite being a smaller market in terms of population.
