Abstract: This study is being presented in the context of Rabobank’s Global Fresh Produce Conference in order to provide an overview of Mexico’s fresh vegetable industry. Not only is Mexico an important producer of fresh vegetables, but also one of the world’s more important exporters of fresh vegetables. This study will focus on both the domestic and export markets.
